RayLynn Records is a new Christian music label owned by Bob and Janice Simpson. It is unveiling it's first project on October 9th, a new album "Hear Me", by flagship artist Kyle Sherman.
While Kyle was a full time worship leader for Lifechurch.TV's Fort Worth campus when he was presented with the opportunity by the Simpson's for this record deal. As the story usually goes, he was not looking at the time, although he had been a few years ago when nothing was seemed to pan out for him. It reminds us that things do not happen in our time, but in God's time.
Kyle has a beautiful heart for the Lord, which was so evident to me in watching this behind the scene video for his song "The Greatest Tear". Which happens to be my favorite song on the CD.
Here is a track listing:
Hear Me
Come To Me
Fountains
He Prayed For Me
All New Things (Hallelujah)
Heaven
Build It On The Rock
One True Friend
New Life
You Are The Only One
The Greatest Tear
Healing Coming Down
Come To Me- Original Version

I was given the privilege to listen to this new CD and it truly has something for everyone. Kyle describes it as " an eclectic and authentic mix of rootsy, southern soul. Altogether, worshipful music that stylistically fits within the environment of a downtown bar room as much as it does a suburban mega-church". It is a style uniquely his own. I enjoyed the eclectic style of the music and will continue to listen to it and share it with others. A great new addition to Contemporary Christian music.
